Welcome to our website, My name is Kyle Dooley. I grew up on and currently live in the St. Charles area. My wife, Jenni and I were married in November of 1991 and soon bean our family. We have three beautiful daughters, Kaithlynne, Taylor and Madison, as well as two adopted Greyhounds, Cookie and Copper. We joined the Faith UMC family in April of 2004, after spending several months getting to know the wonderful members and staff. Upon joining Faith UMC we became involved in youth group and really enjoyed getting to know the church youth. We soon realized, with the help of several Youth Group members, that we had found our place within the church. When the position opened foe Director of Youth Ministries (Youth Director) it only felt fitting that I apply. It was with great surprise that I was hired in May of 2005 and look forward to serving the youth of this church for many years to come.

Our youth group offers unique experiences, combining service projects, missions trips, opportunities to worship, weekly programs, and fun outings. Youth Group is a safe place where the youth can come to explore who they are and who God is calling them to be. We encourage the development of leadership skills by allowing our youth to guide our weekly devotion and programs. The Youth Counselors build relationships with the youth, by using their beliefs and commitment to God as their guide. These adults listen to, encourage and accept the youth. We are open to all youth, regardless of who they are and how they see themselves.

Faith Church has a Safe Sanctuary Policy and all of our counselors have been through training, thus assuring the safety of our youth. Our goal is simple,lead the youth on a spiritual path, enjoy a variety of experiences, and keep them coming back.
