I was appointed as Senior Pastor at Faith Church on July 1, 2000, bringing with me to St. Charles my lovely wife, Deb, and two sons, Ben and David Clay. Our daughter Rachel is married and lives with husband Dave and two beautiful children Joshua and Emily in the Arnold area. Ben is now married to Kari, and they, with Jett their 4 year old son, live in Harvester. David Clay remains at home, but is seriously involved with a beautiful young lady (also a Rachel), and both of them are freshmen at St. Charles County Community College. Deb works as a Paralegal in patent-trademark-copyright law at a large firm in Clayton. She spends her "free" time spoiling her grandchildren, and tending flowers around the parsonage. I (Rev. Jeff) have been an Elder in the United Methodist Church since 1983, and feel passionate about empowering lay people to dream, create, and carry out new ministries in the local church that fill unmet needs. I love to preach the transforming gospel of God's love and grace, and find special grace in the opportunities I have to teach various long and short-term studies at Faith. I also serves as an Adjunct Professor at nearby Lindenwood University.
My work has been allowed to focus more on preaching and teaching with the addition to the staff of our full time Associate Pastor, Rev. Kim Blackwood, appointed to Faith on July 1, 2004.
